We understand that attending an event like this can be an investment, and we want to be transparent about what you’re getting in return. Below is a comprehensive breakdown of everything included, so you can feel confident that it’s worth every stitch.

FAQ's

  • What is your refund policy?
    All ticket sales are final—once purchased, we’re unable to offer refunds for any reason. That said, we know things can come up, and we do allow ticket transfers! While we’re more than happy to help connect ticket holders with anyone on the waitlist, it’s up to the original ticket holder to finalize the transfer. To transfer your ticket, just email us at info@cvillespringfling.com with the following details: Your name (original ticket holder) The name and contact information of the new attendee Please note, all transfer requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the event.
  • Will there be a virtual or hybrid option?
    This event is fully in-person, and we won’t be offering a virtual option. But don’t worry—after the conference, we’ll be sharing event images and selected content with attendees, so you can relive those special moments and access valuable materials.
  • I think I've registered but have not received a confirmation email. What should I do?
    Don't panic! If you haven’t received your confirmation email, don’t worry—we’ve got you! Just shoot us an email at info@cvillespringfling.com, and we’ll sort it out for you in no time.
  • Are there any additional costs?
    Your registration fee covers all the key items listed on our registration page, but keep in mind that travel expenses—such as flights, accommodations, additional meals, local shopping, and any extra excursions—are up to you. That said, we highly encourage you to explore all that the area has to offer! Charlottesville, and the surrounding areas, are full of wonderful and diverse activities, so why not make a trip of it? We’re happy to provide recommendations, and be sure to check out our blog page for great local options to enjoy during your stay.
